マッドポンプの組立順序

（1）ポンプを組み立てる前に、まずすべての部品の寸法精度と組み立てに影響を与える欠陥がないかどうかを確認し、組み立て前にそれらを清掃します。

（2）事前に、すべての種類の接続ボルトとプラグをそれぞれ対応する部品に締め付けます。

（3）転がり軸受を熱油で85〜100度に加熱し、取り出してシャフト両端の肩に取り付けます。 （順序は次のとおりです。カップリング端に深溝玉軸受、ベアリングスペーサーリング、アンギュラコンタクトベアリングが取り付けられています。インペラ端に深溝玉軸受、ベアリングスペーサーリング、アンギュラコンタクトベアリングがそれぞれ取り付けられています。）

（4）サスペンションにベアリング付きアクスルを取り付けます。

（5）2つのベアリングエンドカバーに紙パッドを置き、シャフトを取り付けた状態でサスペンションにセットし、ボルトで固定します。 ベアリングとペーパーパッド付きベアリングエンドカバーの間のクリアランスを調整するように注意してください。つまり、サスペンション内のシャフトの動きは（0 .2 0.3）mmです。

(6) Install the anti rotation pin on the stationary ring seat, successively install the "O" ring and the mechanical seal static ring into the static ring seat, press the oil seal into the mechanical seal gland, then put on the shaft sleeve, install the dynamic ring of the mechanical seal on the shaft assembly, install the "O-ring" at the sealing mouth of the mechanical seal, and then put the shaft sleeve of the good ring into the mechanical seal gland, and then install it into the mechanical seal chamber, fasten with bolts, install the static ring seat and screw Bolt fixation.

（7）保水リングとO -リングをシャフトに取り付け、マシンシールチャンバーをサスペンションに固定します。

（9）キーをシャフトに挿入し、インペラとインペラバッフルを順番にシャフトにセットし、丸ナットとスリーブナット（インペラナット）でインペラを締めます。

（10）サスペンションボディ、ベアリングチャンバー、インペラのリアガードプレートをポンプボディに取り付け、ナットで固定します。

（12）カッターヘッドをサクションパイプに固定し、ポンプ本体に取り付け、ナットで固定します。

（13）ポンプブラケットをボルトとスプリングワッシャーでサスペンションに固定します。

（14）キーを挿入し、ポンプカップリングを取り付けます。
